Grapes: Montepulciano 85%, Merlot 15%
Breeding System: Guyot
Harvest: First decade of September
Wine Making: The two grapes get vinificate separatly. Maceration-fermentation at controlled temerature for 10-13 days in steel tanks
Refining: cement for 6 months
Colour: Mallow red
Scent: Cherry, black cherry with balsamic notes
Flavour: Full taste, consistent and elegant
Food Pairing: Red meats, wild meat, mashrooms and cheese
Serving temperature °C: 18 - 20 °C
Consumption time: To drink now but may be matured in bottle up to 5 years since bottling time.
