The cellar is located in the middle of the vineyards and this strategic position allow us to be on time for all agronomic operations, harvest included. Once the grapes are fully ripened, they are vinificated into steel tanks at controlled temperature with complete absence of oxygen
All the cellar operations are made with innovative machineries and innovative enological techniques in order to guarantee the best wine expression and to preserve its priceless patrinomy of scents and aromas that can later be recognized in the wine glass.
