Grapes: Sangiovese 90%, Montepulciano 10%
Breeding System: Guyot
Harvest: Last decade of September
Wine Making: Maceration-fermentation at controlled temerature for 10-13 days in steel tanks
Refining: Cement for 6 months
Colour: Vivid ruby red with violet hints
Scent: Intense and fine, fruity and floral with cherry and violet notes, balsamic notes
Flavour: Balanced with scented and enveloping tannic notes, great structure and persistence
Food Pairing: First meat dishes, grilled and wild meats, wild boar
Serving temperature °C: 18 - 20 °C
Consumption time: To drink now but may be matured in bottle up to 5 years since bottling time.
